FRIM ride 17 July 2008

Last weekend, Aze, Amreen and I decided to head to FRIM, Kepong for a couple of hours of needed heart pumping actions. Our favorite track was the 600-ha site in Kepong located 16 km northwest of Kuala Lumpur, is surrounded by the Bukit Lagong Forest Reserve.We decided jump in our bikes for a day and try riding in the Dream trails area of the surrounding hills. To get to the top, we pedal up about 20 min up the hill. On the way up, you get a treasure of relatively unpolluted air, cooler temperatures and quiet serenityThe trail that we chose to ride was one that switch backed down the side of hills. It was semi wet track that time and quite hard to control if you speed downhill. At the end of the 'Dream trail', there was some dogs barked and try to chase us. Well now its like a 'Nightmare trail'.... We stopped a few times on the way down to get some shots of the scenery. We ride along the FRIM trail to the end and head up to the river to clean our bike.
